Departure from Athens:

Your tour will begin with a pick-up from your hotel or a pre-arranged meeting point in Athens. You’ll then embark on a scenic drive to Mycenae, which takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Arrive at Mycenae:

Once you arrive at Mycenae, your guide will take you to the archaeological site, where you’ll have the opportunity to explore the ancient ruins and learn about the history of this important Mycenaean city. You’ll see the imposing Lion Gate, the Palace of Agamemnon, the Royal Tombs, and the Cyclopean Walls.

Visit the Archaeological Museum:

After visiting the archaeological site, you’ll head to the nearby Archaeological Museum, which houses many artifacts from the Mycenaean era, including pottery, sculptures, and jewelry.

After visiting the museum, you’ll have some free time for lunch. Your guide can recommend some local restaurants where you can enjoy traditional Greek cuisine.
