Tour Description

Photostop in Firostefani (duration 20 minutes)

We start our journey with a photo stop at the village of Firostefani. It’s called the “crown of Fira” and owes its name to its elevated position. The stunning views of Fira and the volcano from the village will stay in your memory for good.

Strolling, Shopping and remarkable Photos in Oia (duration 1 hour)

The village of Oia is the most famous town of Santorini. Here visitors can admire many blue domes and the caved houses, which currently are hotels and airbnb. Moreover, the adorable views from Oia will make you feel relaxed and will give you the chance to take the first photos for your album.

Santorini Views for its highest Spot (duration 30 minutes)

Another unforgettable experience is awaiting at Profitis Ilias, once we reach the summit of Mountain Profitis Ilias (Prophet Elijah), the highest point of Santorini at an altitude of 600 meters (2000 feet) above sea level. Here, we will explore the area of the homonymous monastery and take more photographs of the panoramic view from this amazing vantage point.

Meet the Medieval Village of Pyrgos (duration 40 minutes)

The village of Pyrgos, which is located at the foot of Mountain Profitis Ilias, offers us trademark panoramic views of both sides of Santorini, while it retains features of the Venetian rule. Moreover, the traditional Cycladic houses and pathways placed all around the old Venetian castle make Pyrgos Village a place not to be missed.

Travel to the Past (duration 1 hour)

Akrotiri Archaeological site is one of the most significant prehistoric settlements of the Aegean.Akrotiri had once been a major city before it was covered in ash by volcanic eruptions. Luckily, the ash has preserved structures and their contents, allowing us to admire this wonder of antiquity.

Let us take you to the Red Beach (duration 30 minutes)

Afterwards, our driver / guide will be pleased to take you to the unique Red Beach just to get a glimpse of the red volcanic rocks. These rocks were created by geological formation processes that are still active.

Relax and Enjoy at the Black Beach of Perivolos (duration 1 hour)

At this point of our tour it will be our pleasure to take you for a swim at the dazzling crystal clear waters of the famous Black Beach if you wish. This seaside area actually forms the tip of the long black sand beach of Perivolos and is, without a doubt, the busiest and most remarkable beach of Santorini.

Wine Tasting Experience in SantoWines Winery (duration 1 hour)

After our long journey through the extraordinary places of the island, the final scheduled stop takes us to the SantoWines Winery. Feel free to taste and enjoy the famous local wine varieties of Santorini.
